Able is always looking for talented teachers and other language professionals. We are a member of the Japanese Association of Language Teachers and make it a policy to hire only qualified individuals for our staff.

The ideal language teacher is someone who:

• has a good amount of teaching experience
• has gone through the process of learning a foreign language him/herself
• likes to work with all kinds of students
• has formal linguistics and/or ESL training and, most importantly,
• has that indefinable “something” that makes them a great teacher.

If you think that you would be interested in working at Able, please contact us. Our payment rates are very competitive and we generally get students who are motivated to learn.

We also offer a job placement service with other companies throughout the Hiroshima area. Able has many contacts and constantly receives requests for teachers, translators, etc. Some of these are part-time positions, some are full-time.
